Our Service Department is here to keep your watch performing the way it should—whether you need routine maintenance, a repair, or a complete movement service.

Once submitted, you may mail your watch to us for evaluation.

For general cost expectations, common services include:

·       Quartz battery replacement: $35

·       Hand re-staking or alignment: $75

·       Re-applying a loose marker: $99

·       Bracelet sizing: $15

Mechanical watches typically benefit from a complete service every 5–7 years, depending on wear and use.

Typical complete service pricing:

·       Japanese automatic movement: approximately $399

·       Standard Swiss mechanical movement: approximately $449

·       Quartz movement service: approximately $150

Complete services include movement servicing as required, gasket replacement and resealing, proper fitting and reassembly, water-resistance testing, and a 2-year service warranty.
