Does Deep Blue make custom watches?

Yes. Deep Blue designs and produces custom watches for military units, police and fire departments, companies, organizations, clubs, and other groups.

We can incorporate your logo, insignia, or artwork into an existing Deep Blue design, or work with you to develop something more unique for your organization.

Can Deep Blue service my watch?

Absolutely. Deep Blue has been producing watches since 2007, and we continue to service many current and legacy models.

Please note that parts availability may be limited for older or discontinued watches.

Can I swim or dive with my Deep Blue watch?

Absolutely. Water resistance has always been at the core of Deep Blue watch design.

Before entering the water, always make sure the crown is completely screwed down. We also recommend avoiding hot tubs, saunas, and hot showers while wearing your watch. High heat, steam, soaps, and chemicals can place unnecessary stress on seals and gaskets over time.

If your watch is regularly used for swimming or diving, periodic pressure testing is recommended to ensure it continues to maintain its rated water resistance.

What is the Deep Blue warranty?

We build our watches to be worn and enjoyed for years.

Deep Blue watches are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear.

If you believe your watch requires warranty service, please contact us before shipping it so we can provide the proper instructions.

What are tritium tubes / tritium illumination?

Tritium illumination provides a continuous, self-powered glow that does not need to be charged by sunlight or another light source.

Unlike conventional luminous materials such as Super-LumiNova, which absorb light and gradually fade afterward, tritium tubes remain continuously visible day and night.

The tritium illumination used in Deep Blue watches is supplied by mb-microtec of Switzerland, a pioneer and industry leader in gaseous tritium light-source technology.

A small amount of tritium gas is safely sealed inside extremely small glass tubes. Because the low-energy radiation emitted by tritium cannot penetrate human skin, properly manufactured and sealed tritium illumination is safe for normal use.

The result is dependable, always-on visibility—particularly useful for diving, military, emergency, professional, and other low-light environments where immediate legibility matters.
